Description
Pair of L-Shaped Sofas in the manner of Giulio Minoletti
Italy, 1950s
A striking and rare pair of fully restored L-shaped sofas attributed to Italian architect and designer Giulio Minoletti. Defined by their low-back profile and sculptural curved edges, these pieces embody a seamless blend of mid-century Italian refinement and contemporary luxury.
Each sofa rests on six tapered, cone-shaped legs, and finished in a deep walnut stain. The sofas have been fully restored, ensuring both structural integrity and lasting beauty.
Upholstered in Sandra Jordan Prima Alpaca fabric in Fog, a sumptuous textile with a subtle blue undertone, these sofas offer an exquisite tactile experience. The softness and depth of color elevate their timeless silhouette, making them a perfect statement in any modern interior.
These sofas share design elements with pieces featured in Domus No. 169 (January 1942), though no definitive attribution can be made.
